The SC95FWXX series is an industry-grade Flash microcontroller with an enhanced 1T 8051 core, compatible with 80C51 instruction sets. It features a high-speed CPU up to 32MHz, integrated hardware multiplier, divider, and double DPTR data pointers for fast data operations. Supporting up to 40-channel 12-bit PWM, it offers high reliability with a wide voltage range (2.0V-5.5V) and temperature range (-40℃-105℃), and strong ESD (6KV) and EFT (4KV) protection. It includes 64 Kbytes Flash ROM, 4 Kbytes SRAM, and multiple I/Os and interfaces. Ideal for LED control and stepper motor control, it supports ISP, ICP, and IAP for easy development and debugging.
